Welcome to Heart & Scope Nurse Consulting LLC, a nursing consulting business founded by Antonia Rodgers a Registered Nurse with nearly 10 years of experience in the Chicago area. Antonia specializing in Cardiac/Telemetry, Rehabilitation, and Medical-Surgical care. My career in healthcare begin in high school on the westside of Chicago as allied health major. This stepping stone lead to me becoming a CNA for about 6-7years working with children with disabilities, spinal cord injury and rehab patients. This opportunity given me great direct personal care experience making a smooth transition into Registered Nurse role. Now as a Registered Nurse with nearly 10 years experience; I have now grown as a nurse & has identified ways to bridge the gap of managing chronic disease via nurse consulting outside the hospital setting. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for individuals managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, COPD, Parkinson's, hypertension, dementia, and spinal cord injury, etc. This promote patient confidence in their care, decrease hospitalization, clear communication with providers, & increasing support with overall needs.
